Module 2: Establishing effective partnerships across education, health and care This module explains the duties local authorities and their partner commissioning bodies have for developing joint arrangements for commissioning services to improve outcomes for 0–25-year-old children and young people who have SEND, and an Education Health and Care (EHC) plan.
Module 3: Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessments and Plans This module gives advice and information on education, health and care assessments and plans including the principles, support for young people and parents, how to write and what to include in the EHC plan, and more.
Module 4: Maintaining and reviewing the EHC Plan A snippet of what your staff will learn in module 4 is how to review and re-assess EHC plans, transfer of EHC plans, how to amend an existing plan, and more.
Module 5: Children and young people in specific circumstances This module highlights particular groups of children and young people whose specific circumstances require additional consideration by those who work with them and support their special educational needs (SEN), along with statutory requirements.
