The Food Safety Act 1990 provides the framework for all food legislation in England, Wales and Scotland. The main responsibilities for all food businesses ensure that businesses do not handle food in any way that could be damaging to the health of people eating it.
Learn how to prevent contamination and understand the basics of food law and food hazards. This course will also cover teaching methods, learning styles and presentation skills to ensure that learners are able to confidently deliver in-house Food Safety Level 2 training.
